Vintage Synth Repair

Hello,

I'm looking for info on the MC202 service manual. I've found the schematics
on the net, but need more.... Basically, I'm looking for any info about how
the microcontroller drives the DRAM. Does anyone reading this mailing list
have the service manual? if so, does the service manual have the information
I'm looking for? Even if you can't get me a copy, just knowing its
definately in the service manual means I can find and buy a copy knowing
that it's got what I want.

Alternatively, if someone has an old datasheet for the device in question
(4164 DRAM) I'd be most appreciative. Can't seem to find the datasheet for
such an old piece of silicon anywhere on the net.
