Replacement 1/8" jack for Roland MPU101

I've got a Roland MPU101 that is missing an 1/8" jack. they all seem to be the same on the unit - originally manufactured by Hosiden and apparently have 3 mounting mounting points. does anyone know of a modern equivalent of deadstock supplier of these? I figure they must be used on other Roland gear from that era that used 1/8" jacks.
Already tried synthparts etc but haven't had any luck finding info.
