Vintage Synth Repair

I have 2 moog opus 3s that have gone on the fritze within a month of one another.  

Opus3 #1 : 
With the release turned up at any level past about half, there is a constant being output in the key of F.  Turning the release down below the halfway mark makes it go away and everything seems to function as it should.

 Then there is the problem with the delay on the modulation control.  Even with the delay turned all the way down, the modulation will be delayed.  In other words, I alwasy have to hild a key down and wait for the modulation to come in.

Opus3 #2 :
After #1 was acting up I pulled #2 outta the closet.  It hadn't been used for sometime but worked perfectly last I did.  In fact, it worked perfectly for about 3 hours and then in the middle of playing the sound just cut out.  All the lights are on and I can even hear a little click (gate?) when a key is pressed but thats it.

If I knew what the problems were excactly I'd attempt to fix it all myself but at this point I am looking for someone in the san Francisco bay area that can fix these.
