K2000 outputs blown part II, sourcing parts

K2000 outputs blown part II, sourcing parts

2004-10-11 by laurent

Well, I did a bit of research and it seems the transistor in question is a
J109 Junction FET n-channel. Apparently few companies produce them like
philips, Siliconnix or National Semiconductor.

Does anybody know where I could find those in the UK?

Thanks

Laurent
