ROLAND MC-50 POWER UP

Hi, I have a well used Roland MC-50 sequencer taht
works well.However on start up it frequently requires a tap on the case to power
up.Nothing drastic,just a little tap. If you turn the unit on and off after the
initial start it works every time.I've had the case off but see nothing loose or
questionable.Anybody got any ideas?
