Battery replacement for Korg Z1

The batteries for the Korg Wavestation series are all non-soldered 3 volt lithium button batteries that slip into a special holder for the battery and are easy to replace yourself. I haven't had to replace the battery in my Korg Z1 keyboard yet but it won't last forever and I want to know ahead of time if I can safely replace the battery myself like the batteries in the Wavestation series.
