Vintage Synth Repair

Hi,
  I was given an original Mini Korg to restore for one of my friends. 
He had left the side covers off it and a mouse made its nest in the 
rear near the output jack. The hungry little rodent decided to eat 
about 10% of the wiring on his way in and out. He even ate the copper! 
Burp....
  I have a decent schematic I found on the web and have most all of the 
wiring replaced. The boards and key action appear to be in good shape. 
What intimidates me is the three rows of pots all along the back of the 
boards. Most are sealed in place with glyptol. Several are not.... and 
appear to have been moved. What is the setup procedure to tune these 
oscillators and/or check them for stability? Thank you, Fran Bourdeau
