Vintage Synth Repair

I recently purchased a beautifully restored ARP Omni-2. Like all late model ARPs the slider
caps are missing. Luckily, I have found a source for new ones. My question is this — Would
anybody happen to know what colors the painted inlays were? Were they all white? I cannot 
find a decent color picture that shows the caps in detail! Thanks in advance.

What is the source for replacement caps? I'd love some for my Axxe. . .
