Restoring a Roland EP-10

Hello all, I just acquired a rather beat up Roland EP-10 and discovered that the variable inductors (I'm not sure what else to call them) are either self-destructing or missing. Any tips as to finding a supplier with suitable replacements? Thanks, Cg
