Roland Juno-60 not working

Roland Juno-60 not working

2006-08-27 by jnovak5

Hi, I have a Roland Juno-60 that is turning on but nothing is
happening. When you first turn the unit on the Tape, Load, lights
flashes and the LED display only shows on the left side a 8 (or
something like a 8). If you press the keyboard you only hear pitch
changes..static sounding sound. I replaced the battery, and checked
the power supply for correct volts. Not sure what else to do.
Thanks...

This is the re-initialization procedure? I did try this and nothing
happens. When I press the Chourus Off and Choures II (last step)none
of the lights display. No matter what I press "Memory fuctions,
Chourus" that side of the keyboard does not display and changes.

You will have to check the users manual, I don't really know.

Open it up, look for loose connectors and cables, parts that gets too
warm, and anything else that is strange. Get the schematics and check
for correct main voltages at the P.S (+5, -5, +15, -15 )
