Hi! I have a Crumar performer (analog strings and brass).
It's in nice shape with one major problem, no sound comes out. The LED type
lights are on,although sometimes they wink out.There's nothing at the main
output or brass output.There's a third output labeled "signal" and sound does
come out but it's very distorted and does not respond to any volume control or
"instrument" switch. Any ideas appreciated.Thanks!

Sounds like an output op amp is frelled. Get schematics to follow the signal
flow backwards starting from the output and moving towards the oscillators.
when you find a spot that has a good signal, then the device being fed that
signal should be under suspect of being dren.
