Vintage Synth Repair

i'm having a hard time reading the values on some of these 
components.can anyone help out?

i'm hoping to make some of the organ sounds on my DW8000 a little more 
realistic.

C4 IS A 0.05 uF 600V , PROBABLY METALLIZED OR POLYESTER STYLE
C5+6 ARE 0.1 uF 600V , (SAME)
C3 200 uF ELECTROLYTIC Non-POLARIZED 30VOLT
M1 IS A NEON LAMP

new question,is C3 a low-pass filter?
and can i bypas it to get more treble into the Leslie?
