Fluttering Key

Fluttering Key

2008-07-19 by rkhmstudio

I have a key on my Yamaha DX7 that starts fluttering (stuttering?) 5
to 15 minutes after the unit gets turned on. It sounds like a stuck
contact but the repair looks complicated in the respect that much has
to be removed to get to that contact. Has anyone gone through this
type of repair that could shed some light as to how to proceed?

You can go to MITAtechs.org and look for a tech close to you, or go to
Yamaha's site and look for some advice. I am in upstate NY if that's any
help to you.
