Vintage Synth Repair

Hello. I have some questions about my JX3P. I bought it brand new when 
they first came out and it has worked perfectly until recently. Almost 
all of my user patches have disappeared. Is this an issue with the 
battery? If so, where can I get one? Does Roland still support it?

Take it out and replace with the same type and size.
