I think the no-name pedal I use with an odyssey is about 100k. Toby Paddock http://www.seanet.com/~tpaddock/mus_gear.html

Hey, all this talk about the ARP Omni inspired me to pull mine back off the shelf and play with it. As it turns out, it doesn't work too badly! Some of the key contacts are a little unsure, and the bass half of the keyboard doesn't consistently trigger properly, but most of it functions alright. One question: Does anybody know what potentiometer value is used for the external foot pedal that controls the filters? I'm thinking of building my own pedal. Sorry for the late reply to this post. I don't know the value required for the ARP Omni, but have access to 10 or 20 volume pedals left from the Baldwin factory. These look Italian and were shipped with some Italian keyboards the had imported. These have a TRS jack and a 50 K Ohm (linear taper) in a black plastic case with a metal bottom plate. We get $20.00 + postage for them. On another Omni note, I need 6 of the push button switches for mine. I have the button caps, but te switches don't make and I can't see how they can be taken apart. One of the the sliders was broken and I found that Baldwin had used the same style of slide pot on some organs. I don't know off hand how many more we have, and/or what all the values that were used in the Omni, but maybe I can help someone out. Thanks, Lynn <>< On Thu, 14 Feb 2002 07:45:28 -0800 (PST) Dharma Bummer <bmarek@...> writes:
