Does anyone know of currently available (not "legacy" components like
CEM/SSM) audio VCO chips?

Thanks

Still available:

http://www.futurlec.com/ICLinearOthers.shtml (8038 and the XR2206)

The 555 timer can also be set-up as a VCO

and whilst I'm at it a cool wiki link for all the 4000 series CMOS chips

Scott-
Thanks for your reply. To me more specific (as I should have been
originally) I'm looking for exponential frequency response on-chip.
But perhaps I can add a log front-end to the EXAR chip (forgot about
that one!)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
