Korg I-1 single hot key

Our Church I-1; I believe all is functioning okay.. except - A# below mid-C is very "hot" - come out much louder compared to other keys with similar attack. A11 - Piano - appears to be less severe; D11 - Grand Piano? is very aggravated. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
