Vintage Synth Repair

Does anyone know where I can find or fabricate a fuse and fuse holder
for this Farfisa MC/3 minicompact?  The fuse portal/jack in the back
appears to be in tact.  I found a terrible quality schematic of the
board that I can't seem to read very well.  The board had been setting
for years.  Someone probably removed the fuse to troubleshoot it then
misplaced the fuse receptacle that screws into the back and holds the
fuse.  I just need something to facilitate testing in the meantime and
I'll worry about the cosmetic aspects of the unit later assuming I get
it fixed.   Any help greatly appreciated.  I tried posting this to the
minicompact group on yahoo but they haven't accepted my request to join
their group yet.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
