I have a dog on the bench.D03 line does not swing the full +5 volts.Have buzzed out the data lines with a meter before and after pulling anything socketed on the CPU PCB.Replaced the processor.I'm going to replace the resistors arrays next.This happened after being in the case for years.When powered up some of the tantalum caps. fried on the voice pcbs.These were replaced and the OB-X wouln't boot with the D03 line bad.I have the service manual.Anything else common besides the resistor arrays-which I have seen short internally in other devices.Next thing after that is to just shotgun all the glue logic on the CPU pcb.
