Whats everybodys thoughts on a Korg M-1?

I could pick up a Korg m-1 for 40$ this week. The problem with it is the card slots aren't working. Are they difficult to fix, are parts availible, expensive to fix etc.

Go ahead; 40$ is less than the price of all the individual parts. If it's too expensive or impossible to fix, sell it as parts.

they might be difficult to repair, but parts should not be too hard to find.

question: do you need to actually use cards? -pc
