Electrokey EWP671-LH electric piano.  Seems  at a glance to work on similar
principle to Rhodes (rather than Wurly, below).

Anybody heard of it (Google hasn't, it seems !), apart from this :

Looking to repair amp that clicks loudly when turned on, and crackles in

Hi...

Seems to be nothing on the web but being a tech of 30 + years , I would say; Find out what electrolytic capacitors are on the power supply and change ALL of them. Also inspect all the solder joints on the board as well. Something that old may have some weak solder connects.

I was at newenglandanalog.com yesterday. They specialise in Rhodes and wurly type units . You may want to ask them too.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
