Vintage Synth Repair

Hi all, I have a DX100 in front of me that's powering up fine with batteries but no luck with PSU. The (generic,switched) PSU I am using is 12v DC @ 1.5A. Does anyone know if it requires a bit more current or of any other sensitivities regarding the PSU?

Double check the polarity. If Ok, might be a bad join; already encountered this on a Yamaha keyboard.

It's ok, it was the PC7808H regulator, all working fine now.
