Prophet 600 auto-tune problem?

I am looking at a Prophet 600 and have come across an interesting situation - the auto-tune feature actually throws voice 4 of bank B OUT of tune - almost exactly one half-step flat. I can get the voice in tune with the trimpot that's next to the oscillator chip, but the moment you hit auto-tune (or, if you turn it on, because it does auto-tune automatically), wham, it's out of whack. All other voices on both banks are perfectly fine. Any ideas? I fixed some more major issues with the synth, but I'm told it was doing this before it went down the first time...
