A3, A10 will not work in editing JX-3P

Disclaimer As I have two JX-3Ps this test is very scientific
1)On jX-3P #1 it does not matter whether LFO ON for OSC1(A3) or OSC2 (A10) is on position, it is always on on JX-3P#1.
2)It does not matter in 3P#1 whether it is accessed through the front panel
or the PG-200 the results are the same, you have to turn A12 (LFO amount) down to 0 to remove LFO effect.
3) This issues does not occur on 3P#2 (control in the experiment) whether tested through front panel or PG200
4) Patch does not matter, whether ROM or RAM
Conclusion:3P#1 has issues
Any ideas on what might cause this?
