Source slider for 100M VCF

One of the VCF cutoff sliders for my System-100M 121 module has broken off. Anyone know how I can source a replacement?

If you can't find an exact replacement you can get another slider with a different value but similar case and change the slider shaft,I've done this before and its not hard to do.try googling the part number.Tim K.
