If you can't track one down, you might find a similar one that has the same voltages and can supply the same or greater current.
If this proves difficult I would just look to replace each of the capacitors (caps).
See if you can find obvious candidates for replacement.
Some caps have rubber tops, others often have creases in the top that make them dip down. One failure mode causes the top to pop up. If pressure continues to build the cap will leak over the PC board.
So look for the ones that have the tops raised or have leaked.
Sometimes the cap will fail through drying out and not visually detectable. You can test for this but it is often better and cheaper to just replace all the caps.
If you are inexperienced in these sort of things and want to have a go at it, make sure you leave the power off and unplugged for at least 1/2 hour before touching the board. There are fatal voltages there.
