Complaint was "powers up but no sound". Checked power supplies, checked CPU, no problems found.
Looking at Main circuit board, noticed grey discoloration around supercap C26. Removed it and found underneath a circuit trace had been eaten away. It was between collector of Q6 and Static RAM IC4 chip enable. Jumpered trace and checked operation, sound is now working, problem resolved.
