Vintage Synth Repair

I am requiring either new or working second hand parts for a Ensoniq
SQ80 Synth - at a reasonable price (as I am on a disabled pension).
Either an Assembly SQ80 keypad/display 10/SQ80 or a CHIP that belongs to
the pre mentioned keypad/display which has the markings:
Cat. No.138065003
R1121-11
Mexico A1
8722 3286
As my serviceman has had no luck in obtaining these parts, I would
appreciate any help out there in getting my SQ80 up and running again.

On the SQ80
Have you had your service person check and replace the diodes on the power supply board?
