Vintage Synth Repair

A while ago I posted about a problem I was having repairing an OB-8 
keyboard.  I have checked all connections, cleaned the board and 
still cant get the volts per octave to tune in.  I can only get the 
led on the right to light out of the two test leds and cant seem to 
get the two to light simutaneously.  Also I was going to adjust the 
envelope offsets but I am not quite sure of the pinouts on U33, u35 
and u27.  the software revision is b5 so I am not even sure that the 
service manual is correct for the adjustments to begin with.  Can 
anyone help?  This vintage synth seems to be quite a nice piece of 
equipment but unless I can get it calibrated I will never know for 
sure.
