Roland SH-1000 Schematics??

I bought a beater Roland SH-1000 for dirt cheap. It arrived yesterday. Basically, you can hear the LFO tick, and the random voltage generator produces some faint noise, but the VCO doesn't seem to work. I haven't really done anything yet, so does anyone have a schematic, or know where on the web to find one? I guess I could Google it too, but I've already typed this much. Thanks, Mike
