Hey, I am on a mission to build a Dual Voice Noise Chaos Performance Modular... I am creating synchronous/asynchronous rhythm melody noise loops and playing leads over such theramin style. Floating free between Ambient, Nois= e and Electronic styles & techniques. Doing things WRONG just because... Carpal Tunnel syndrome is all classical music did for me. Strict compositio= nal forms are for the anal retentive and the fundamentalists (heh heh) well sometimes at least... Some of us do hear music in the wind or the street, smashed up juxtapositions of soundworlds colliding. Whether it is artistry = or not, doesn't concern me. I collect sounds using various procedures - playin= g instruments, playing junk, programming synths, field recording, studio recording, etc... To me, piecing a modular together is about creating voic= es and an ensemble. Different combinations of modules can be finite and with defined intention. I like things that may be imperfect, but are distinct an= d uniquely voiced. I personally don't want a general purpose standard configuration of modules. So far: 2 x Blacet Dark Star Chaos 2 x Blacet Mixer/Processor 2 x Blacet Multiple/Attenuator 1 x Wiard Noise Ring 2 x Wiard Joystick Trigger + external effects > 8-channel Mixer I am keeping mum on whats next until I have it. There are a lot of crazy op= tions now. It is quite fun - I have been also using it with a SH-5 for S/H Chance/Chan= ge action... and a number of external filters (that Grant doens't approve of..= . 80) >;7p**** And some other junk.
