Hi, I raised this a little while ago and was trying to reply when 
Grant put out his reply. I thought his reply was very clear, it's up 
to us to comply with the local rules such as this EU ruling, he can't 
check that for every country he exports to. US export remains 
unchanged. I doubt if UK customs will be opening up every small box 
and then sending it off to labs for testing..they are too busy trying 
to stop other things coming in. personally I hadn't heard of this 
thing, as most customers would be unaware, I'm hazy of the dates etc 
etc etc etc....
