Hi Mark, I'm glad it made it through the postal strike. The connectors have a locking ramp, the matching PS-500 connectors should have a plastic tang to engage it. Just be careful that all 4 pins are engaged correctly, and NEVER remove the cover of the PS-500 if the line cord is plugged into mains power. To emphasis that, always remove the mains cord from mains power berfore doing anything what-so-ever with the power supply. Failure to do so could maim or kill you.
