When I ordered my Wogglebug it arrived actually under the given
estimate. My most recent order of replacement pots was reasonably fast
and I find that I can almost always reach Grant.

Like I said, the few people who are unhappy are either not accustomed
to dealing with independent musical instrument builders and designers.
I have many one of a kind acoustic, electronic, electro-acoustic, etc
instruments and dealing with each artist is different. Grant is pretty
easy compared to some other folks of his special ilk.
