Just to make the record clear, Brice put the Wiard name on the faceplate without permission 
of any kind.

Wiard has no responsibility for manufacture of the PSIM. I did layout the schematics, but 
Brice did all the mechanical design, schematic capture, PCB design and faceplate design.

As far as punishing Brice, God has already done that, by creating Brice as himself.

What ever anger you may feel, Brice has already burned himself thrice many times on a 
searing red hot rack of guilt and shame.

It would be kinder if he was a criminal, instead of a well intentioned person who learned in 
the hardest way, that they do not have what it takes.
