hello to all,

many times on this forum we have heard grant and other luminaries speak to the virtues of vactrol based vcf`s / lowpass gates but i don`t recall ever seeing this one mentioned before :

highpass / gate

audio into boogie highpass filter -

take audio from the 24db output, it seems to need this for better cutoff -

c.v. into variable input, manual control set to approx. 3/4 clockwise -

cutoff freq. control set fully clockwise -

resonance set to off -

c.v. source is the negative env. output from half of a dual envelator feeding the c.v. input of the filter -

more wiard fun !
