At last August's electro-music festival, I had the pleasure of 
meeting Dave, chatting about various things synth-ish throughout the 
weekend, and hearing him perform. He made cool music (sound? noise? I 
hate to pigeonhole...) with an assortment of gear that included Wiard 
modules and a Doepfer ribbon controller, among other things.

Unfortunately, I doubt we'll be able to make this year's e-m fest, 
slated for north NJ in late October.
