I think that the instrument should reflect the user and how it is used, with thought put into both playability and it's visual appeal. I have asked around if there were blue prints or sketches so I could have a place to start with but alas they are hidden in deep storage. I am still undecided on what I want to do for my own vision but some of my ideas have been sorely frowned on by friends for being too psychedelic or not classic enough. I posed this question because I was curious as to where the cases went as I would imagine anyone who had an early system and kept it would have out grown the case.
