Some of us like to stimulate our eyes as well as our ears, and as 
these synths aren't commercial, we isn't forcing our designs down 
other people's throats, so watz it matter??? (poor english 
deliberate!)

I've got everything from plain aluminum to "pretty" pictures on my 
synth. I like variety, and find most commercial synths very boring to 
look at. Hey if everyone liked the same thing, Moog would have been 
the only synth manufacturer to succeed, would still be in business, 
and rival Microsoft for world dominance!
