What Would "Bob" Do?

2005-09-02 by grantrichter2001

Bob would leave the R&D shack and make some modules.

Praise Bob!

I know exactly what Bob would do right now - he would make a
contribution to the Louisiana State Disaster Foundation.

Well... We made it out of the New Orleans area Sunday a week ago. My
Dad stayed behind (He's fine, thank Cthulu). We all figured we'd be
back last Wednesday (!) like any other storm. Of course, you've all
seen the pictures of the city. However, in the 'burbs, we were really
lucky. I was able to get most of our stuff upstairs, but the synth
gear wasn't really movable. We only got about 10 inches in the house,
which means my Wiard and Analogue Solutions modules are OK, but my
sampler and Doepfer stuff may be shot. Gen, the baby, and I are holed
up in Traverse City, MI @ her folks' place, but we really don't know
when we'll be able to get back to NO to assess damage, get our gear,
and try to decide where to live again...

Current mood - confused and sad

Current music - a LOT of Eno...

I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say my heart goes out to you.
Thank God your family made it out ok. And the Wiard.

Good luck to you.
