Bravo for the Borg

Bravo for the Borg

2006-11-26 by kursk53704

I paid a visit to the hamlet of Vactrolville on Thanksgiving and . . . got the new Borg filter.
Sweeter than sweet Jesus this filter has no sweet spot. It's all sweet. The entire frequency
range through LP to HP is spectacular! Response to CV is outstanding and wonderfully vibrant
and active. In comparison, the 300 series Borg is a bit sluggish in this regard. I was
wondering if It would be somewhat redundant to the original Borg, but it isn't at all. It's a
totally different species and flavor. This is not to say there's any love lost with the Borg I. Just
different, and perhaps improved. Grant seemed energized and content. He's got some
exciting, to say the least, plans and designs in the works. His anxiety of being an artisinal
producer in a mass consumer/production/disposable/off-its-axis ass over tip world has
apparently somewhat diminished, or at least hasn't diminished his creativity. Great things to
come out of his workshop. They may not save the world but they will certainly make it more
bearable and sonically fascinating. Thanks Grant!
