Dumb question probably, and I'm on vacation so I can't experiment to resolve this question, but how does one patch up the noise ring to use as a processor (an example would be useful please)? Thanks in advance/Happy Holidays Bill Gibson

Run an external audio signal of +/- 5 volts into the "Chance In" input jack. This is normalled to the white noise output. Set the "Change" knob all the way on. Vary the "Chance" control knob to change the sound. Also vary the "Rate" knob to change the sound. You can reduce the setting of the "Change" control knob as an experiment. --- In wiardgroup@yahoogroups.com, "kursk53704" <kursk1@...> wrote:

Hi Grant, Is it possible to run audio through the JAG? I have been running the Noise ring through it to trigger some oscillators and control the Boogie & a Sherman Filterbank... I'll give it a try - but was curious if you had some application thoughts or tricks. Or to say it doesn't work... Some outputs are less interesting than others; if I recall correctly, the even outputs were good for audio. The result is a clangy, ring-mod type sound that varies by output. Watch the LEDs to zero in on the most interesting sound :) cheers, Paul
