Hi Doc,

Here is the link with that info:

http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/wiardfiles/members?group=mod

I don't see why there would be a problem. Nothing new has been posted in ages...

Nick

Subject: [wiardgroup] a blast from the past

Hi all
Who is the moderator of the companion 'Wiardfiles' site?
http://launch. groups.yahoo. com/group/ wiardfiles/ files/
i want to find out if it's ok to dump a big (6.8M) mp3 in there.
here's the story...
Richard Quirk and a couple of other members have expressed an
interest in hearing recordings of my portable rig (dubbed the S-mall
N-uclear O-rchestra or SNO by Grant)***
But because it does it's duty as my live rig, it never gets
recorded as a system ...or so i thought....
Last week an FOH engineer with whom i've worked on Summer festival
gigs for years visited mabuse manor and handed me an mp3 that he
captured last summer. It's definitely no more than a demo of 5 voices
of the SNO in hands-off mode (i was playing bass at the time) but it's
good enough to render an idea of what the goofy thing can sound like
on it's own.
But before i just hog almost 7M of file space for a casual demo i'd
like to clear it with the moderator first...
-doc

***the SNO maybe seen in the files section of this group in the
'interesting packaging folder'/'a large portable system' There had
been some changes in it's setup from that depicted when it was recorded

Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage.

Hi Nick
thanks! i'll put it up there for a month or so to give anyone who
wants it a shot at it on yahoo then i'll revert to a permanent copy on
an archive site (like twango)...but now i have to overcome some Mac vs
PC CD format issues...(the fun never stops)
