My MIDI "out" is constantly on, why?

As soon as I turn on the XL7, the midi out goes on.  Why?  I upgraded 
to version 2.0 recently.  Do you thing that could be it?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
