Before you start doing a track its better to have some kind of an idea of the whole project. If you have an idea and its hard for you to realize it, then the key would be to just keep trying until you learn.I am surre there is some help sites but it doesn't metter cose every track has its own vibe and if you wanna be original don't look for it outside but try to find it within your self. There are thousents of theories out there on the song structure, but for each song there is a different theory. When you are creating something its important to become a part of it becose you will be able to ask your self a very good question, "If I were this track, what would i do next?".Also a very important thing is not to think too much and not to analize your creations.Leave that to the listeners........ Ive read lots of material on how to get the right sound, tech advice, recording techniques, etc. But I havent really seen anything about putting together a song. I can make good loops and beats, play tight bass lines, and get good vocals and samples, but when it comes to arranging all these elements to make a smooth flowing song, my skills are lacking.
