Digital Village ( www.digitalvillage.co.uk ) have the xl-7 listed for 499 ..
dunno about stock levels tho

Anyway, it's cheaper than thomann would be for sure...

Also try www.sound-on-sound.com readers ads, they usually have an xl-7 or 2
there
