Damn, I thought I was fat, but this guy's ISP is complaining about how 
wide he is!!

(ba-DUMP-ump!)

Seriously, it means people have downloaded as much of his stuff for this 
day (or maybe this week) as he paid for.  Try again tomorrow or next week.
