How is what I do any different from what you're doing?  We're both playing 
arps on B channels....ahhhh... just figured it out I think.  I'm playing 
my B channels via the Triggers, but your B-channels are part of your 
Pattern data right?  I could see that causing issues if this is the case. 
Even though you're still playing the same Preset and arp in both Patterns, 
the Pattern is still going to send out set up data for that track when it 
switches.  Not too sure how you'd get around this actually.  Maybe our 
sequecner guru, Senior Aaron, can shed some insight....

I suspect it's also due to numerous sequencer pattern changes while the 
same arp is running : when I do this i'm sure to run out of sync !!

I think it's because you mostly use em as transition lines between pattern 
changes that's why you have no problems .
