Hard to tell. It could be a problem with your librarian software. Suggestions: find someone who has whatever librarian software you have. If it is commercial, go to website, look up knowledge base, FAQs, or leave e-mail. If it is shareware or freeware, try e-mailing software designer. Some of them are very helpful and want to hear about bugs in their software. They may even work with you to improve the software. STOP===>DON'T DO THE FOLLOWING UNTIL YOU HAVE READ WARNINGS You can do a factory reset from the diagnostics menu. Power up holding both cursor buttons down. In OS 2.0, there are options to: Initialize User Data and Initialize Data Except Seq. (among other options). WARNINGS: SAVE ANYTHING YOU WANT TO SAVE BEFORE INITIALIZING!!!!!!! (eg, do sysex dump of presets to external sequencer or other software; use E-Loader to save patterns and songs) AS FAR AS I REMEMBER FACTORY LOADED SONGS AND PATTERNS ARE NOT IN ROM AND WILL NOT BE RESTORED IF YOU INITIALIZE ALL!!!!! Hope this helps. Dr. Steve
