This time around I think we should do a couple categories. Have one for 
just XX7(just like last time, maybe set some genres) and one where 
anything goes as long as there is XX7 in the mix.

The rules from the last contest were a good foundation. "Anything goes" 
doesn't need rules. All that is needed is place to drop the files into for 
judging and consumption.
